Van den Berg skyline watches tell an artistic tale of a city, its emotions, modern technique and the ancient watchmaker’s craftsmanship. Inside the limited edition watch a subtle tale of a city is portrayed, including a miniature of one of the city’s symbols or icons. This handcrafted piece of art, processed in precious metals, is integrated in the timepiece.
SKYLINE
What appeals most to the imagination in the beloved city of the watches owner, Rotterdam, its skyline, can be seen both on the inside and the outside of the watch. The skyline is subtly visible on the face of the watch with the Euromast on the left, a symbol of the reconstruction of the city. On the side of the case the other part of the skyline is engraved with the Erasmusbrug all the way to the right, symbol for the end of the reconstruction period. The watch is stored in a casing where the complete beautiful skyline is shown, together with the unique serial number.

The pièce de résistance can be found on the back of the watch. Behind glass, you can see a handmade miniature of the Erasmusbrug, artistically stylized and processed in four types of gold and silver. The symbol and the icon of modern Rotterdam.
